Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 September 2026
This policy explains what personal information Little Berry handles, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept and how you can contact us about it. It applies to this website (www.littleberry.in), to enquiries you send us, and to the tools we use to run our business, including the connection of our own Amazon Ads account.
1. Who we are
LITTLE BERRY ("Little Berry", "we", "us") is a manufacturer of educational toys, games and activity kits. Address: KH NO 758, Burari, Near Burari School, Delhi - 110084, India. Email: info@littleberry.in. Phone and WhatsApp: +91 8882170015.
Our Grievance Officer for privacy questions and complaints is named in section 14.
2. Information we handle
Website visits: the website has no contact forms, user accounts or online checkout, and we do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. Like most web servers, our hosting server (Hostinger) may automatically record technical details when a page is requested, such as the IP address, browser type, the page requested and the date and time.
Language choice: if you choose a language with the language switcher, your browser stores that choice on your device (local storage). If you dismiss the language suggestion, that is remembered only until the browser is closed. This stays in your browser and is not sent to us.
When you contact us: when you message us on WhatsApp, call or email us, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, business name, location, the products you are interested in and the content of your messages. WhatsApp buttons on the website open WhatsApp with a short message already written; nothing is sent until you choose to send it.
Business customers and suppliers: if you buy from us, supply us or work with us, we keep the business contact, order, delivery, invoicing and tax details needed for that relationship.
Our Amazon Ads account: see section 5.
We do not ask for sensitive information such as passwords, bank or card details, health information or biometric data through the website or WhatsApp. Please do not send it to us.
3. Why we use it
We use personal information to: reply to enquiries; prepare product research, quotations and samples for prospective clients; process, deliver and invoice orders; keep business, accounting and tax records; manage and improve our own Amazon advertising; improve our products and service; keep the website working and secure; and meet legal obligations.
We use it on the basis of your consent (for example, when you choose to message us), to take steps you ask for before or under a contract, and where the law requires or permits it. We do not send you marketing messages unless you have agreed to receive them, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not set cookies. The only information it stores in your browser is the optional language preference described above, which you can remove by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
5. Amazon Ads and Login with Amazon
We connect Little Berry's own Amazon Ads account to software tools, including AI assistants (such as Claude by Anthropic and ChatGPT by OpenAI), to review and manage our own advertising on Amazon. We authorise this connection through Login with Amazon.
Information received: our advertising account and profile details, campaign settings, budgets, bids, keywords, targeting and advertising performance reports. When an authorised Little Berry team member signs in with Login with Amazon, Amazon may also share that person's basic Amazon profile (such as name and email address) to confirm the connection.
We do not request, receive or store personal information about Amazon shoppers (such as buyer names, addresses or phone numbers) through this connection.
Use: this information is used only to analyse and manage Little Berry's own advertising. We do not use it for any other business, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to identify or contact shoppers.
Storage and sharing: reports may be kept in spreadsheets on our own computers. The AI assistants process the information on our instructions as our service providers, under their own terms and privacy policies. Access is limited to authorised Little Berry staff. We keep Amazon access credentials confidential and do not share them with anyone else.
Retention and deletion: we keep this advertising information only as long as we need it to manage our advertising, or for longer only where Amazon's terms or the law require it. When we stop using the connection, or if Amazon asks us to, we remove the authorisation and delete the information we hold, as required by Amazon's terms. An authorised user can also remove the connection at any time from their Amazon account settings.
6. Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only as needed with: service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host (Hostinger), WhatsApp (Meta), our email provider, Amazon, AI assistant providers and the spreadsheet or office software we use; logistics providers when we deliver an order you place; professional advisers such as accountants; and government or law enforcement authorities where the law requires it.
If Little Berry's business is reorganised, sold or transferred, information may pass to the new owner so the business can continue, under this policy.
7. Where information is stored
Some of our service providers may store or process information outside India. Where they do, it is handled under their own security commitments and the law that applies to them.
8. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, including an ongoing business relationship, and for any longer period that the law requires, for example for accounting and tax records. After that we delete it, or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.
9. How we protect information
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, including limiting access to people who need it, using reputable service providers, and serving this website over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we will act promptly if we learn of a problem.
10. Children
Our products are made for children, but this website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to: tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it; correct or update it; delete it where we no longer need it or are not required to keep it by law; and stop using it for purposes you have agreed to, such as marketing messages. You can also raise a grievance about how we handle your information.
To make a request, contact our Grievance Officer (section 14). We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
12. Links to other services
This website links to WhatsApp and to our store on Amazon. These are independent services with their own privacy policies, which apply when you use them.
13. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our services or the way we handle information change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
